What Happened to Water Simple

Water Simple were a UK company who sold good quality cartridges.

We're not sure exactly what happened but, taking a guess, it seems that like many family run businesses their owners came to retirement and decided to wind the business up.

It seemed to close in early 2021.

I have a Water Simple Unit. How Can I replace My Cartridge?

All water filters need to be changed at regular intervals - or bacteria can grow up inside them.

WaterSimple had a proprietary / unique type of cartridge so it will be a problem replacing them.

However not all is lost:

You can keep your original tap and connections.

You get a new filter.

We supply you with an upgraded new housing unit.

This includes our best selling "Master Purifier" water filter

(an anti-scale option is available - details below*).

Plus, no more problems with getting replacements. The cartridges inside the housing are the universally available 10 inch type cartridge. You will be able to get replacements easily. (Just make sure they are not cheap counterfeit copies from the Far East).

The cartridges we supply are high quality US designed originals.

We intend to be around for years. So you will always be able to get your replacements from us.

However the point is that if you can't get hold of us you will be able to find them elsewhere with ease.

Fitting Your New Unit

This should be very easy. All you do basically is take the tubing out of your old filter and push them into your new one.

Our filter uses quarter inch push fit connections ie to accept your existing 1/4 inch tubing.

(This 1/4 inch plastic piping / tubing is the standard size. 95% of filters use it).

However if your tubing is different to this standard size it's no problem.

Simply measure the outside diameter of your tubing and we will send you the right adapter for FREE.

(If it's easy for you, simply email us in a photo of your current connectors and we should be able to quickly tell you what you need).

Full and easy fitting instructions are supplied with the whole kit.

If you don't like what you get, simply send it back for a full no quibble refund.

Changing Your New Filter Cartridges

Your filter cartridge will need changing every 6 months.

The price of replacement Master Purifier cartridges is between £13 to £15 depending on special offer sales and so on.
